The total number of places for active participants is twelve, six of which are reserved for Italian trombonists. The six Italians (five tenors and one bass) will be chosen by the Italian direction of the Alessi Seminar in Europe. The six non Italian active participants (five tenors and one bass) will be chosen by Mr. Alessi.
